The Valais could be called the Napa Valley of Switzerland: with its sunny vineyards, it is Switzerland's wine canton par excellence. See the results of the hard work of the wine-growers and taste a selection of fine wines. You will be a real connoisseur of Valais wines after this tasting session.

Wine-tasting sessions with 15 wines from the Valais - Saas-Fee
Every Monday at 6 p.m., German spoken (French and English on request).
Embark on a wine-tasting journey though our wine cellar "Beartus Weinkeller # 337" where you are introduced to a selection of wines from Switzerland's wine-growing canton.
Duration: approx. 2.5 hours.

...and only in summer, a unique wine-tasting excursion
Visit the highest vineyard in Europe and try the famous "Heida" wine. You will learn a lot of interesting facts on the vineyard educational trail. You visit the wine cellars, taste the wine and have a real wine-grower's meal in a remote vineyard house. You are accompanied by a qualified wine-grower and chef on this whole-day excursion. Take with you hiking boots and rain protection.

In Winter: Heidaträff - Saas-Grund
Every Wednesday from 5.30 p.m.-7.30 p.m.
Wine-tasting with wines from the Visp Valley. In addition to tasting wines made from the Heida grape and an earthy aperitif, you'll learn about the valley and Alpine farming. Accompanied with Swiss cheese and dried meat.
