Life on an Alpine Pasture
A hearty, rustic "dairymaid?s brunch" with fresh milk, rye bread, butter, alpine cheese and many other specialities awaits you at the start of your visit to a typical alpine pasture. You will visit the alpine cheese dairy and will gain an insight into the process of making and storing tasty alpine cheese, quark and butter. After this, you will visit the cows in their pastures in the Triftalp area.

Visit the highest vineyard in Europe and try the famous "Heida" wine. You will learn a lot of interesting facts on the vineyard educational trail. You visit the wine cellars, taste the wine and have a real wine grower's meal in a remote vineyard house.
